How do I create a BlendDream account?
Answer: Creating an account is simple! Click ‘Login or Sign Up’ in the top right corner, enter your email and Choose I am a customer or I am a vendor, verify your email address, and you’re ready to start exploring.
How do I reset my password?
Answer : Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page, enter your email address, check your mail inbox for a reset link, and follow the instructions. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Can I change my username?
Answer: Yes! Go to Account details , and update your display name. Choose wisely as it affects your shop URL.
How do I purchase and download assets?
Answer: Browse our BlendDream marketplace, click on any asset you like, review the details and previews, click ‘Add to Cart’, complete the checkout process, and download your files.
What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link and Paypal. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.
Can I get a refund?
Answer: Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Product not working or Faulty Product or Product file not available for download, contact support within 30 days for a full refund. Digital products are non-returnable after download, but we’ll work with you on quality issues.
How do I start selling on BlendDream?
Answer: Apply for Become A Creator or Become A vendor . After this, Set up your Store and creator profile, create your shop with branding and bio, upload your first asset with high-quality previews, set competitive pricing, and Submit for Review. After Carefully review the product your product status automatically change to published! Our Creator Guide has detailed steps to maximize your success.
What are the commission rates?
Answer: BlendDream only takes a 10% commission on all sales. You keep 90% of the revenue. There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs. We only make money when you make money!
How do I get paid?
Answer: Earnings are paid out monthly or Semi-Month via Bank Transfer or Paypal or Jazzcash. Minimum payout is $10. Track your earnings in real-time from your dashboard.
When will I receive my earnings?
Answer: Bank or Paypal payouts are processed monthly on the 1st or 15th of the month. There’s a 14-day holding period for new creators to prevent fraud. After that, money appears instantly in your account, while money transfers may take 2-3 business days to reach your bank.
How do I track my sales and earnings?
Answer: Your creator dashboard shows real-time sales data, earnings breakdowns, top-performing assets, customer demographics, and payment history. You can export reports for accounting purposes.
What file formats do you support?
Answer: We support: 3D files (.blend, .fbx, .obj, .dae, .3ds), Images (.jpg, .png, .tiff, .psd), Videos (.mp4, .mov, .avi), Audio (.mp3, .wav, .flac), Documents (.pdf, .txt), and Archives (.zip, .rar, .7z). Zip or Compress your file before uploading.
Why is my download failing?
Answer: Download issues usually stem from slow internet, large file sizes, or browser settings. Try: using a download manager, clearing browser cache, disabling ad blockers, or contacting support for direct download links.
What content is allowed on BlendDream?
Answer: We welcome 100% original and authentic creative content including 3D models, textures, HDRI images, tutorials, plugins, and more. Content must be your original work or properly licensed. Not Allowed copyrighted material, created with AI, adult content, or offensive material.
How does the license system work?
Answer: 3D Assets come with different licenses: Creative Commons, Editorial, GPL, MIT, Royalty Free. Always check the license before purchasing. Creators set their own license terms.
