These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BlendDream platform and services. By using BlendDream, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using BlendDream, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BlendDream. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use our services.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
📋User Conduct and Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use BlendDream only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use our platform to upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
Content Standards
All content must be original or properly licensed. You may not upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates our community guidelines.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in activities that could harm our platform, including but not limited to: hacking, spamming, creating fake accounts, or attempting to circumvent our security measures.
📋Creator Terms and Content Licensing
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in content you upload to BlendDream. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.
Content Quality Standards
All uploaded content must meet our quality standards, be original or properly licensed, and be suitable for our marketplace. Content must be high-resolution, professionally presented, and free from defects.
Revenue Sharing
BlendDream operates on a revenue-sharing model. Creators receive 90% of net sales revenue, while BlendDream retains 10% to cover platform costs, payment processing, and services. Payouts are processed monthly for balances over $20. Important: If refunds occur after you’ve been paid, 100% of your future earnings will be applied to recover the refunded amount until the debt is fully repaid.
License Management
Creators must clearly define usage rights for their content, including license types. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to license the content you upload.
Exclusivity and Distribution
Content uploaded to BlendDream may be distributed through our partner networks and affiliate marketplaces. Creators can choose to make content exclusive to BlendDream for higher revenue sharing rates.
Content Moderation
All content is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to content that doesn’t meet our standards or violates our policies.
📋Marketplace and Transactions
Purchase Terms
When you purchase content, you receive a license to use that content according to the terms specified by the creator. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors including Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. All transactions are processed in USD.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds may be granted within 30 days of purchase for technical issues, mislabeled content, or if content doesn’t match the description. Refunds are not available for change of mind or if content has been downloaded and used.
Platform Fees
BlendDream charges a 10% platform fee on all transactions, which covers hosting, payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance. This fee is automatically deducted from creator earnings.
Debt Collection and Refund Recovery
When refunds are processed after creator payouts have been made, BlendDream will recover the refunded amount from the creator’s future earnings. 100% of future earnings will be applied toward outstanding debt until the full amount is recovered. This ensures fair cost allocation and maintains platform sustainability. Creators will receive detailed information about any outstanding debt and recovery progress in their payout statements.
Payout Adjustments
Creator payouts may be reduced or withheld to recover outstanding debts from post-payout refunds. When earnings are insufficient to cover the full debt amount, creators will receive $0 payout until the debt is fully recovered. All debt recovery activities are clearly documented and visible in the creator’s payout management dashboard.
Digital Delivery
All content is delivered digitally through secure download links. Downloads are available immediately after purchase and remain accessible forever.
License Verification
Purchase receipts serve as proof of license. Customers must retain purchase records as evidence of proper licensing. BlendDream maintains transaction records for audit purposes.
📋Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Rights
BlendDream and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlendDream and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content Rights
You retain all rights to content you upload, but grant BlendDream necessary licenses to operate the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
Trademark Policy
You may not use BlendDream’s trademarks without permission. Similarly, you must respect the trademark rights of others when creating and uploading content.

📋Termination and Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use BlendDream ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Data Export
Before account termination, you may export your content and data. After termination, we cannot guarantee the availability of your data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BlendDream shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
